This policy explains what information this product showcase collects, why we use it and the choices available to you. We keep collection limited to what is needed to run the site, respond to inquiries and provide optional sign-in.
Information we collect
When you send an inquiry, we collect your name, email, optional company and phone, message, product interest, language and consent choice. If you choose Google sign-in, we receive your persistent Google account identifier (sub), verified email, name and profile image. We keep one account record per user. At each sign-in, we update its last sign-in time and cumulative sign-in count, and replace the latest security snapshot with a salted one-way IP hash; approximate country, region, city and time zone when Cloudflare provides them; and broad device type, operating-system family and browser family derived from the request. We do not keep a login-event history. We do not store the raw IP address, complete User-Agent, coordinates or precise location, a device fingerprint, Google ID or access tokens, or data from Gmail, Drive or other Google services.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to respond to product or partnership requests. We use Google identity data to create and authenticate your optional account, display your profile and maintain your session. The latest sign-in snapshot and cumulative count help us recognize account activity, protect the service, prevent abuse and diagnose broad device compatibility issues. We do not use these fields for advertising, precise-location tracking, cross-site device fingerprinting or automated decisions about you.
Service providers
Google provides the optional identity service and shares the basic profile fields described above. Cloudflare hosts the site, database and media, processes technical requests and may attach approximate location information to a request. We do not sell your personal information. We only disclose it when needed to provide these services, follow the law or protect the site and its users.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up and business records, then deleted or anonymized under our routine retention practices. Google identity fields, the cumulative sign-in count and the latest sign-in snapshot are kept only while they remain needed for the optional account and security purposes; a new sign-in overwrites the prior snapshot rather than creating an event history. Sign-in sessions last no more than 14 days and may be revoked earlier. We delete or anonymize personal information when it is no longer needed or when a valid deletion request applies, subject to necessary legal record-keeping.
Your choices
You can browse products and change the site language without signing in. You may sign out at any time. You can contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your inquiry information, Google-linked account record and latest sign-in snapshot, subject to identity verification, applicable law and necessary record-keeping. Signing out revokes the active session but does not by itself delete the account record.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections, HttpOnly session cookies, restricted administration and hashed session tokens. No internet service is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
International processing
Our providers may process information in locations outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for these transfers.
Children
This business product showcase is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or legal requirements change. The date shown above identifies the latest version. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate.
